TA2薄壁钛焊管在线感应退火工艺研究

On Line Induction Annealing Process of TA2 Titanium Thin-wall Welded Tube

  • 摘要: 对TA2薄壁钛焊管在线感应退火工艺进行了研究,分析在线感应退火工艺对TA2钛焊管的组织和性能的影响,以及同一退火温度、不同成型焊接速度对焊管性能的影响。进行了焊接速度2.8 m/min下未退火和600℃退火,以及焊接速度2.8 m/min、4.6 m/min、6.1 m/min下580℃退火实验。比较分析了同一焊接速度下,未退火和退火的拉伸性能指标变化,以及同一退火温度下不同焊接速度下管材的拉伸性能变化情况。结果表明,对薄壁纯钛焊管进行在线感应退火,可明显提高了管材的塑性,有效降低管材的内应力;退火工艺的选择需考虑焊接速度,同一退火温度下,焊接速度越快,则保温时间越短,管材的屈服强度越高,延伸率下降。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, TA2 titanium thin-wall tube annealing process was studied, and the influence of online induction annealing on the organization and performance of TA2 titanium tube was analized, was analized covering the influence of welding speeds on the tube performance. The results showed that online induction annealing increases the plasticity and effectively reduces the stress of the tube, and at the same annealing temperature, the faster welding speed, the less stress release, and so the yield strengh is higher and the elongation is lower.
