Abstract: Using the statistical method of the probability, static-strength statistical distribution characteristics of 2024 aluminum alloy friction stir welding joints was researched, including R_m, R_e, R_P0.2 and E. The results showed that the dispersibility of staticstrength eigenvalue of the joints was observed and coincidenced normal distribution.
