低压冷喷涂铝涂层的工艺参数优化

Optimization of Process Parameters of Low-Pressure Cold-Sprayed Aluminum Coating

  • 摘要: 在常温环境下,以Al2O3和Al (体积比3:7)的混合粉末为原料,以压缩空气为工作气体,利用低压冷喷涂设备,在Q235碳钢表面制备铝涂层,讨论了温度、送粉速率及喷距对涂层沉积效率的影响、同时研究了工艺参数对涂层的显微硬度及结合强度的影响,得出最佳优化工艺参数为工艺参数在温度400~500℃、送粉速率24~35 g/min、喷距20~30 mm。

     

    Abstract: With the mixture of aluminum and alumina powder as raw material and compressed air as the working gas, aluminum coating was prepared on Q235 steel substrate by low-pressure cold spray equipment at ambient temperature. The effect of temperature, feed rate and spray distance on deposition efficiency of aluminum coating was discussed, and the influence of technology parameter on aluminium coating's hardness and bonding strength was studied.Resultsshow that the optimized process parameter are as follows: temperature 400 ~ 500 ℃, powder feeding rate 24 ~ 35 g/min, spraying distance 20 ~ 30 mm.
