连接接头对复合材料基座减振性能影响研究

Research on Effects Connection Joints on the Vibration Reduction of Composite Stand

  • 摘要: 通过数值仿真方法研究了复合材料基座连接接头处补强铺层厚度、杨氏模量和阻尼对基座减振性能的影响,研究表明:增大补强铺层厚度和减小杨氏模量都能有效提高基座的减振性能,而增大接头处阻尼则减振效果不明显;然后选取一种典型连接形式的基座进行振动测试,测试所得插入损失与仿真计算插入损失差异较小,验证了本次仿真研究结果的正确性。

     

    Abstract: Effects of reinforcing layer thickness, Young's modulus and damping of connection joints on the vibration reduction of composite stand are investigated in numerical simulation methods. The results indicates that increasing reinforcing layer thickness or reducing Young's modulus favors the vibration reduction performance of composite stand, while vibration reduction is not affected obviously by increasing the connection joints damping. A vibration experiment with a selected typical connection form stand revealed that the values of insertion loss of experiment are almost consistent with simulation calculated value, which verified the correctness of simulation results.
