复合材料中间轴振动试验研究

Investigation on Vibration of Composite Medium-shaft

  • 摘要: 通过对等扭转刚度的钢轴和复合材料轴模拟体进行振动传递试验,比较了两个模拟体的振动传递损失,并计算了抑振插入损失。试验结果表明,复合材料轴代替钢轴后具有明显的减振效果,抑振插入损失达到16 dB。

     

    Abstract: Based on the vibration test on simulated constant torsional stiffness steel shaft and composite shaft, the vibration transmission loss of the two simulated shafts is compared and the relative insertion loss is calculated. The test results show that the damping effect is obviously with the composite shaft instead of a steel shaft, vibration suppression of insertion loss reached 16dB
