Influence of Loading Sequence on Critical Fatigue Damage Parameter of 10CrNiMo Steel under Cantilever Bend Loading

  • 摘要: 通过悬臂弯曲加载方式,分别采用六件光滑板状试样,研究了由高到低和由低到高两种加载顺序对10CrNiMo钢临界疲劳损伤参数Dc的影响,并采用A类标准不确定度对Dc进行了评定。结果表明:当加载顺序由高到低时,获得的Dc分布在0.74~0.84之间,小于1,数据相对比较稳定;当加载顺序由低到高时,获得的Dc分布在1.06~1.27之间,大于1,数据略有波动;两种加载顺序获得的Dc的平均值近似为1。以上两种加载顺序获得的Dc的A类标准不确定度分别为1.5%和3.1%。
    Abstract: Influence of loading sequence on critical fatigue damage parameter Dc of 10CrNiMo steel was investigated in the loading sequence from high to low and reversedly, adopting six-piece smooth specimens for each sequence under cantilever bend loading.The test values were evaluated by type A standard uncertainty.The results manifested that as the loading is in a sequence from high to low, Dc ranges from 0.74 to 0.84, less than 1 and relatively stable, while as the loading is in a sequence from low to high, Dc ranges from 1.06 to 1.27, more than 1 with a little fluctuation.The average of different Dc from the two types of loading sequence was nearly 1.Type A standard uncertainty of Dc corresponding two types of loading sequence was 1.5% and 3.2% respectively.
