Superplasticity of 10CrNi3MoV Steel

  • 摘要: 通过恒温拉伸试验测定了10CrNi3MoV钢在室温至1 000℃温度范围内的延伸率和强度,并借助热膨胀法测定了试验钢的相变特征温度A c1和A c3。结果表明,10CrNi3MoV钢在720~750℃温度区间内断后延伸率超过100%,表现出超塑性行为;其中720℃时塑性最好,断后延伸率达到123.5%,该温度略高于A c1温度。
    Abstract: The values of strength and elongation of 10CrNi3MoV steel were obtained by thermostatic tensile test at temperature from room temperature to 1000℃.At the same time, the phase transition temperatures Ac1 and Ac3 of the steel were tested by thermal expansion method.The results show that the 10CrNi3MoV steel performs superplasticity and has elongation more than 100% at 720 ℃~750 ℃, reaching up to 123.5% at 720 ℃, which is slightly higher than that at Ac1 temperature.
