芳纶复合材料抗破片模拟弹性能研究

Research on the FSP-proof Property of Different Aramid Composite

  • 摘要: 利用4.5 g的FSP破片模拟弹研究了不同芳纶纤维对复合材料靶板的防护性能影响。结果表明,纱线线密度越大,织物的断裂强度越大,靶板的防护性能越好。同时采用玻璃纤维与芳纶纤维按6:4(体积比)的混杂方式制作了17 mm厚靶板,其弹道极限(V50)为850 m/s,较纯芳纶纤维靶板降低7%,但成本降低近30%,具有良好的性价比和应用前景。

     

    Abstract: The influences of different aramid fabrics on the FSP-proof property of antiballistic composites to 4.5 g FSP is investigated in this paper.The results indicate that when the tenacity of the yarns and fibers linear density increase, the antiballistic performance of the composites improves.An antiballistic composite made of glass fibers and aramid fibers with the volume ratio of 6:4 is prepared.The ballistic limit (V50) of the hybrid antiballistic composite is 850 m/s, 7% decreases relative to pure amramid fabrics, while the cost saves 30%, which possesses great cost advantage and extensive application prospect.
