摘要: 本文对船舶压载舱漆PSPC试验方法作了简要介绍,并对检测结果作了初步探讨。检测结果表明,压载舱环氧涂料良好的物理性质及化学结构,使得在涂层固化后不存在针孔、起泡、开裂等涂层缺陷,也保证了涂层体系优异的附着力。无机硅酸锌车间底漆起到了牺牲阳极阴极保护的作用,降低了阴极剥离过程中电流需求。环氧涂层与车间底漆界面的划痕剥离和阴极剥离是影响PSPC试验的最重要因素,而且阴极剥离往往要比划痕剥离严重的多,阴极剥离性能是涂层体系能否通过PSPC试验的关键。Abstract: This paper briefly introduces a test method of PSPC for ballast tank coatings and the test results is discussed.The results show that the cured coats have good adhesion without defects such as blister, pinhole and crack because of good physical and chemical property of epoxy coatings.The inorganic zinc silicate shop primer acts as sacrificed anode during cathodic disbanding and reduces the current demand.Undercutting from scribe and cathodic disbondment are the most important factors during PSPC test, and it is more serious for cathodic disbondment than for undercutting from scribe.The cathodic disbondment property is a key factor for a coating system to pass PSPC test.
