The Study of δ-F Phase Content in 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb Steel

  • 摘要: 本文采用兼顾化学成分和热加工温度的方法来预测δ-F的形成, 通过降低铁素体形成元素的含量, 提高奥氏体形成元素的含量, 从而获得较低的铬当量, 减少了δ-F相的形成.证实了C、N、V对δ-F的形成起决定作用, 有效地降低了δ-F相的含量, 将δ-F相控制在5%以内, 从而改善了材料0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb的力学性能, 提高其使用寿命, 为新型叶片钢的开发设计、制造使用提供了可靠的参考数据.

     

    Abstract: This paper introduced a method to predict the formation of δ-F phase by considering both chemical composition and hot processing temperature by reducing the content of ferrite formation element, improve the content of austenite formation elements, to obtain a lower chromium equivalent, reducing the δ-F phase formation. It was Confirmed that the chemical composition of C, N, V play a decisive role in the formation of δ-F phase, the content of δ-F could be reduced effectively, δ-F phase will be controlled within 5%, thus improved the mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb materials and its service life, provides reliable reference to manufacturing and development of vane steel.
