Abstract:
This paper introduced a method to predict the formation of δ-F phase by considering both chemical composition and hot processing temperature by reducing the content of ferrite formation element, improve the content of austenite formation elements, to obtain a lower chromium equivalent, reducing the δ-F phase formation. It was Confirmed that the chemical composition of C, N, V play a decisive role in the formation of δ-F phase, the content of δ-F could be reduced effectively, δ-F phase will be controlled within 5%, thus improved the mechanical properties of 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb materials and its service life, provides reliable reference to manufacturing and development of vane steel.
