环氧/丙烯酸梯度涂层的制备与表征

Preparation and Characterization of Epoxy/Acrylic Gradient Coating

  • 摘要: 研究了一种由环氧树脂和丙烯酸树脂形成的梯度涂层材料, 其中环氧树脂及其固化剂采用了工业级的601环氧树脂和NX2015固化剂, 丙烯酸树脂为自制合成, 在其链段中引入有机硅链段, 硅元素可作为梯度涂层表征的示踪元素.红外光谱、扫描电镜、X-能谱分析表明, 合成的丙烯酸树脂与环氧漆形成了梯度结构.

     

    Abstract: A gradient coating which composed by epoxy resin and acrylate resin was investigated. The epoxy part is 601 epoxy resin and NX2015 curing agent. The acrylate part prepared by author contains silicon which is tracer element in characterization of gradient coating. The epoxy-acrylate coating has been characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy X-ray energy dispersive analysis.
