聚丙烯酸锌树脂的抛光性能研究

Study on Self-polishing Property of Zinc Acrylate Copolymer

摘要: 本文采用预合成的聚丙烯酸与锌配位化合物直接接枝合成聚丙烯酸锌树脂, 并以红外分析及DSC分析研究合成的可行性及树脂的玻璃转变温度, 另外以动态磨蚀速率研究不同单体比例和不同链段长度对防污漆自抛光性能的影响.

Abstract: Zinc acrylate copolymer resin was synthesized from prepared-polyacrylate and organic zinc and was characterized by IR and DSC. It is proved that the synthesis method is feasible. The effects of the structure of adhesive on self-polishing of coatings were also discussed.
