宽厚比对船用厚板拉伸性能的影响

Effect of Width-thickness Ratio on Tensile Property of Ship Steel

  • 摘要: 对厚度为16 mm、24 mm和35 mm的10CrNi3MoV钢进行了R4型圆截面试样和不同宽厚比原板厚试样的拉伸试验。试验结果表明,原板厚试样的屈服强度和抗拉强度与R4型试样相近,且不随宽厚比的变化而变化;原板厚试样的断后延伸率低于标准圆截面试样的断后延伸率,且随宽厚比的增大而减小。

     

    Abstract: R4 circular cross-section and full thickness specimen tensile tests of 10CrNi3MoV steel with thickness of 16mm, 24mm and 35mm were carried out.Results indicate that yield strength and tensile strength remain the same between full thickness specimen and R4 specimen, showing no obvious variation with width-thickness ratio. Ductility of full thickness specimen decreases with increasing width-thickness ratio, showing lower values than that of R4 specimen.
