Molding Techniques of a Composite Metal-rubber Capsule

  • 摘要: 介绍了一种金属与橡胶复合囊体制品的成型工艺。该复合囊体制品主要由密封法兰、支撑圆环、橡胶囊三部分组成,在成型过程中,首先采用热接缝的工艺方法,实现橡胶囊体的无缝成型;然后,使用专门设计的撑杆结构,将密封法兰、支撑圆环和橡胶囊定位并预成型;最后,利用硫化罐二次热硫化粘接,实现复合囊体的一体成型。与一般的冷粘成型工艺相比,该成型工艺操作简单、流程稳定、产品质量可靠。

     

    Abstract: One molding technique has been presented to combine metal rings and rubber capsule as one whole part, which can be mainly divided by three parts:a sealed flange, a support rings and a columniform rubber layer. In the firs step of molding process, hot vulcanization technique has been accepted to shape cylindrical and seamless rubber layer. Then a special tool has been designed for enforcing pressure on contact area between metal rings and rubber layer, which can fasten its relative position.Finally, the composite structure can be boned together by secondary hot vulcanization in a vulcanization tank. Compared with general cold molding technique, this molding process is more simple, stable and reliable.
