Abstract:
Vibration is the source of cabin noise. Laying damping material layer on cabin is an important measure to reduce vibration and noise. Model test is the mainly method to inspect the capability of reducing vibration and noise of damping materials, which costs higher on multi-state conditions, large engineering model. However, the simulation calculation and analysis can make up the shortcomings of engineering test. Based on FEM/BEM, this paper studied the model parameter settings of constrained damping layer in cabin model. A simulation calculation method of constrained damping structure was established. The simulation results and test results agree well. Thus, the calculation method has a strong reference value for the evaluation of similar structure vibration analysis of constrained damping treatment, which can provide effective guidance for the optimization design of constrained damping.
