混合空心玻璃微珠制备固体浮力材料及性能研究

Research on Preparation and Properties of Solid Buoyancy Materials Based on Mixed Hollow Glass Microspheres

  • 摘要: 以环氧树脂E-4221为基质原料,十二烯基琥珀酸酐和甲基四氢苯酐为固化剂,以牌号为K20和HGS8000X两种空心玻璃微珠为轻质填充物,采用模压成型的方法制备了具有不同空心玻璃微珠配比的固体浮力材料。研究了玻璃微珠的配比对浮力材料的密度、抗压强度、吸水率及耐静水压性能的影响。结果表明,低密度空心微珠的引入,有效降低了固体浮力材料的密度;混合微珠填充更有利于固体浮力材料密度的降低;两种不同微珠相互配合可以得到适用于不同深度的高性能固体浮力材料。

     

    Abstract: Solid Buoyancy Materials with different ratio of hollow glass microspheres was synthesized by molded forming, with epoxy resin E-4221 as bulk material, dodeceny succinic anhydride and methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride as the curing agent, two kinds of hollow glass microspheres named K20 and HGS8000X as lightweight filler. The influence of the ratio of glass microspheres on density, the compressive strength, water absorption and resistance to hydrostatic pressure of solid buoyancy material was studied. The results showed that the introduction of microspheres with lower density could reduce the density of solid buoyancy material effectively. Filling with mixed microspheres was more conducive to reduce the density of solid buoyancy material. High-performance solid buoyancy materials which could be used in different depths was obtained by using mixed microspheres.
