Abstract:
In this paper, mesoporous silica with rod-shaped morphology was fabricated by a template method. The stirring rate affect the condensation rate of silicate precursors and self-assembly of chiral anionic surfactants, costructure-directing agent and inorganic silicate precursors. Thus affect the morphology of mesoporous silica. The rod-shaped (or chiral rod) and spherical mesoporous silica were abtained at the stirring rate 200rpm and 1000rpm. The samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
