Establishment of the Inconel 625 Bellows Fatigue Formula at Elevated Temperature

  • 摘要: 通过高温疲劳试验,得到了Inconel 625材料波纹管720℃时的高温疲劳公式,同时对EJMA标准附录G中的高温疲劳公式算法提出了改进。最后利用推导出的高温疲劳公式对现有的设计做出了评价,并对实际工程提出了建议。
    Abstract: This paper deduced a fatigue formula of Inconel 625 Bellows at 720℃ by several fatigue experiments. The calculation of the bellows fatigue formula at elevated temperature in EJMA APPENDIX G were improved. The existing design was evaluated by using the deduced fatigue formula and some suggestions were made to the existing projects.
