Study on Process Stability of 10CrNiMoV Steel by Hybrid Laser-MAG(pulsed)Welding

  • 摘要: 研究了工艺参数对10CrNiMoV钢激光-脉冲MAG复合焊接稳定性的影响。结果表明,激光的加入提高了MAG焊接电弧过程稳定性,改善了焊缝铺展性;激光-MAG复合焊接稳定性主要受激光功率和光丝间距的影响,离焦量的影响并不明显;激光功率对电弧稳定性的影响较小,但随着激光功率的增大,激光小孔处产生的飞溅增多;光丝间距大于2 mm时焊接电弧过程稳定性好。

     

    Abstract: Effects of welding parameters on process stability of 10 CrNiMoV steel during hybrid laser-MAG (pulsed) welding were studied by analysis of the droplet transfer model and electric data. The results showed that laser promote the stability of electrical arc and the weld spreading. It was found that laser power and separate distance are the main factors, while the influence of defocused distance is neglectable. With the increase of the laser power, a lot of spatter generated at the keyhole. The separate distance exceed 2 mm, the arc process stability is stronger.
