替代无缝钛管的焊接钛管应用性能研究
Application Performance Research of Welded Titanium Tube for Substitute Seamless Titanium Tube

摘要: 研究了焊接钛管的胀接性能、承压能力、振动抗疲劳等应用性能,并与同管径的无缝钛管应用性能进行了对比。结果表明:采用同样的胀接压力的情况下,钛焊管的拉脱力高于无缝钛管;耐压试验,打压至压力容器最高设计压力35 MPa,保压3 min,钛焊管和无缝管均未发生破裂;振动试验,钛焊管和钛无缝管在同等条件下,均未发生振动疲劳破坏。Abstract: Welded titanium pipes expansion performance, bearing capacity, vibration and anti-fatigue properties were tested. The results showed that using the same inflation pressure, pull-off force of welded pipe is higher than that of the seamless titanium pipe. Piessurized to the maximum design vessel pressure 35 MPa for 3 minutes, both of the titanium welded pipe and seamless pipe had no crack under the same vibration conditions. Vibration fatigue damage did not occur on the titanium and titanium seamless pipe.
