谐振式浮轨扣件减振性能测试研究

Study on Damping Performance of Tuned Damper Floating Rail Fastener

  • 摘要: 为测试谐振式浮轨扣件振动特性和钢轨表面波磨,对南京地铁谐振式浮轨扣件进行锤击和波磨测试,同时对比测试Ⅰ型扣件、DTVⅠ2扣件和DTVⅡ2扣件3种典型常用扣件。测试结果表明,谐振式浮轨扣件固有频率、刚度和钢轨表面粗糙度最低,振动传播衰减率最好,谐振式浮轨扣件同时具有较好的减振和抑制钢轨波磨能力。

     

    Abstract: In order to test the TDF vibration characteristics and the rail corrugation, test on the vibration and rail corrugation characteristics performance of the TDF were carried out. Those subjects were tested for contrast with vanguard fastener, I fastener, DTVⅠ2 fastener and DTVⅡ2 fastener. Test results show that the TDF have the lowest stiffness, natural frequency, rail roughness level, and the highest track decay rate in contrast with other 3 fastening system. The TDF has good damping and ability for suppression rail corrugation.
