0-3型橡胶基压电阻尼复合材料的制备及其性能

Preparation and Performance of 0-3 Type Piezoelectric Ceramic / Rubber Composite

  • 摘要: 本文以通用橡胶为基体材料,以一定体积分数的锆钛酸铅粉体(PZT)为压电相、导电炭黑为导电相制备了0-3型压电阻尼复合材料。经过直流高温油浴极化处理后,获得了在低频下具有较高损耗因子的压电阻尼材料,并研究了其断面形貌、压电应变系数、损耗因子等各项性能。

     

    Abstract: The piezoelectric composite was prepared by using some volume percentage PZT ceramic powder as piezoelectric filler, conductivity carbon black as electric filler and conventional rubber as matrix, respectively, and then polarized by direct current high voltage oil bath. The microstructure, piezoelectric coefficient d33, dynamic mechanical properties and effects on vibration reduction of the composite were studied. The results show that damping property of the composite is excellent in low frequencies.
