羰基铁粉表面改性及其电磁性能研究

Study on the Electromagnetic Properties of the Surface Modified Carbonyl Iron

  • 摘要: 用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)对羰基铁颗粒进行表面改性,用扫描电镜、矢量网络分析仪等,对羰基铁在2—18 GHz范围内改性效果和影响规律进行了研究。结果表明,包覆SiO2降低了羰基铁介电常数实部,但对磁导率实部影响较小;羰基铁的电磁匹配性能得到改善。

     

    Abstract: The surface of carbonyl iron particles was modified using TEOS, the carbonyl iron modification effect within 2-18GHz and the influence rule were analyzed by the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), the vector network analyzer. The results show that coated SiO2 reduces the real component of carbonyl iron dielectric constant, but the real component magnetic permeability changes a little. The electromagnetic matching performance of carbonyl iron is improved.
