Abstract:
Qualitative and quantitative analysis of substances released from composite fire-retardant decorative panels at room temperature and decomposed products of the material at high temperature was made by using GC/MS technique. There were 9kinds of air composition at room temperature and 35 kinds of decomposed products at high temperature from composite fire-retardant decorative panels. During the material was sealed in a box, the concentration of released products at room temperature did not surpass the permissible concentration for air components in the chambers of ships. And the median lethal concentration of acute inhalation of this material was 180.8 g/m
3, belonged to low toxicity material.
