高温烟气管道铰链型膨胀节失效分析与设计优化

Design Optimization on the Hinge Type Expansion Joint of High Temperature Gas Pipeline

  • 摘要: 文章列举了烟机入口管线铰链型膨胀节失效的典型案例,分析了膨胀节产生失效的原因,通过有限元传热分析和现场温度分布实测结果对比,确定了高温烟道膨胀节主要受力结构件的设计温度;考虑高温蠕变的影响,对膨胀节立板和筒节焊接接头强度设计的许用应力进行了修正,并对膨胀节的设计结构提出了改进措施。

     

    Abstract: The typical case on the flue-gas-turbine input pipeline of the hinge type expansion joint was cited, and the reasons for the failure of expansion joints were analyzed. The field temperature distribution of expansion joint was analyzed by the finite element, and compared measured results. The results show that the temperature the hinge type expansion joint of high temperature gas pipeline by FEA is simulated accurately. Considered the impact of high temperature creep, the welded joint strength of Vertical plate and cylinder for the formula of design was modified; furthermore, the improvement of the expansion joint structure was proposed.
