氟改性丙烯酸防覆冰涂料的研制

Preparation of Fluorine Modified Acrylic Anti-iceing Coating

  • 摘要: 本文介绍了一种可用于海上平台的低表面能的氟改性丙烯酸防覆冰涂料,通过树脂基料的筛选,利用纳米级与微米级填料的相互交错及针状晶须填料的填充,使涂层表面微结构粗糙化,提高涂层的疏水性能。性能测试结果表明:研制的防覆冰涂层表面的淡水光学接触角可达到127°以上,涂层具有很好的疏水性,同时冰在该涂层表面的附着力仅为常规氟碳面漆的三分之一,体现了涂层具有很好的易除冰性。

     

    Abstract: This paper described the development of a fluorine modified acrylic anti-icing coating with low surface energy which can be applied on offshore platforms.The hydrophobic properties of the coating was improved by the roughened coating surface microstructure,which was formed through the screening of resin binders,the intertwining of nano and micron fillers,and the padding of needle-like whiskers.Performance test results show that,freshwater optical contact angle on the developed anti-ice coating surface can reach 127 ° or above,so the coating possesses a good hydrophobicity.The ice adhesion properties of the coating surface was only about a third of the conventional fluorocarbon paint,therefore coating exhibits a good de-icing property.
