摘要: 研究了高频机械振动对ZTC4铸造钛合金的组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明,通过机械振动处理,钛铸件的晶粒度和力学性能没有明显的细化和提高,但可以使铸件的缩孔大幅减少。Abstract: The effect of high frequency mechanical vibration on the microstructures and mechanical properties of cast titanium alloy ZTC4 has been studied.The results show that after mechanical vibration,the grain size of ZTC4 are not refined obviously and the mechanical properties of castings have no obvious improvement,but the shrinkage of castings is greatly reduced.
