The Influence of Heat Treatment on Microstructure and Properties of 18Cr23MoVRE Cast Steel

  • 摘要: 研究了18Cr23MoVRE耐磨钢在不同的热处理工艺下的显微组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,18Cr23MoVRE耐磨钢经不同温度淬火+300℃回火处理后,其组织均为回火马氏体基体+少量碳化物。淬火温度提高,试验钢的硬度增加,冲击韧性略有下降。在1000℃淬火+300℃回火时,试验钢获得优良的综合性能,硬度可达到HRC58.5,冲击韧性达到5.8J。
    Abstract: The microstructure and mechanical properties of 18Cr23MoVRE wear-resistant cast steel under different heat treatment condition were studied by series of experiments.The experiment results show that the microstructure of 18Cr23MoVRE wear-resistant cast steel consists of martensite,a small amount of retained austenite and carbide which existed dispersedly on the matrix after different quenching temperature and 300 ℃ tempering treatment.With the increase of quenching temperature,the hardness of the cast steel increases and the toughness decreases.When the quenching temperature is 1 000 ℃ and the tempering temperature is 300 ℃,the hardness reaches to HRC 58.5 and the impact toughness is over 5.0J.Compared with the as-cast steel,the hardness and impact toughness of the steel after quenching and tempering are improved by about 33% and 26%,respectively.
