Progress in Synthesis of ZrB2 Powder and Application

  • 摘要: ZrB2具有较高化学稳定性、高的的导电系数和导热系数、良好的阻燃及高的耐腐蚀性等优点,应用前景广阔。本文主要介绍了ZrB2粉体的合成技术,分析了各种制备方法的特点,讲述了ZrB2陶瓷的主要应用,展望了ZrB2的应用前景。
    Abstract: ZrB2 has wide application prospects because of its high chemical stability,high electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity,good flame resistance and high corrosion resistance.This paper chiefly introduced the synthesis technology of ZrB2 powders and the advantages and disadvantages of every method,and the main application and prospect are introduced.
