Mathematical Model of Diffusible Hydrogen Escape Velocity with Residual Hydrogen Content as Its Argument

  • 摘要: 采用水银法测定了3种焊条的熔敷金属在一定温度下的氢逸出曲线,由氢逸出曲线计算得到扩散氢逸出速率随剩余扩散氢浓度的变化关系,基于这一关系建立了以剩余扩散氢浓度为自变量的扩散氢逸出速率数学模型vH=k·CHα,该模型能够较好地表征vHCH的相关性。
    Abstract: Mercury method is adopted to measure hydrogen escape curves in deposited metals of three kinds of electrodes at constant temperatures,the relationship between hydrogen escape velocity and residual hydrogen content is deduced.Based on the relationship,mathematical model of diffusible hydrogen escape velocity vH= k·CHα is established.With residual diffusible hydrogen content as its argument,the model can charavcterize the correlation between vH and CH preferably.
