Abstract: Measurement for particles is the key process of PVC quality control.Inspection rate and cost is decided by measurement method.Chi-square is applied to assess uniformity of different PVC particles test methods.Eyesight is used for particles control through results analysis.Kappa is applied to analyze effectiveness and uniformity of PVC particles test with different inspectors.Effectiveness and uniformity of different inspector meets measurement requirement according to calculated kappa.
