超窄2Cr13钢带的耐磨性能
Wear Resistance of Super Narrow 2Cr13 Steel Strip

摘要: 通过对连续热处理过程中受到不同张力的超窄2Cr13钢带进行的磨损实验、硬度实验以及金相组织观察,研究了超窄2Cr13钢带生产过程中引入的张力对其耐磨性能的影响,结果表明,当钢带所加载的张力不超过98 N(宽度减小率不超过1.8%)的时候,试样的耐磨性能不变;当钢带所加载的张力大于98 N(宽度减小率超过1.8%)的时候,试样的耐磨性随着张力的增大而变差。Abstract: By means of the hardness test,wear experiment and microstructure observation of the super narrow 2Cr13 steel strip during continuous heat treatment under different tension.The influence of the tension on the wear resistance of super narrow 2Cr13 steel strip was investigated.The result shows that when the tension loaded on the steel strip not exceed 98 N(the width reduction rate < 1.8%),the wear resistance of the sample does not change.While the tension load on the steel strip is higher than 98 N(the width reduction rate > 1.8%),the wear resistance of the sample become worse as the tension raise.
