一种适用于塔中油田某区块油管系统环空保护剂的开发及应用

Development and Application of a Annulus Protectant Applicable to Tazhong Oilfield Block Tubing Systems

  • 摘要: 基于油管和套管的腐蚀机理和防腐机理,开发了一种基于吡啶季铵盐为主剂的环空保护剂配方体系。性能评价结果表明:该环空保护剂对油管、套管和橡胶试件具有良好的腐蚀保护性能,对环套内腐蚀介质具有良好的阻垢性能和杀菌能力,能够有效地保护环套管空间;由于除硫剂的加入,使其抗硫化氢能力加强,可在含硫油气田中使用。该配方现场使用方便,可适应不同井深条件下的密度为1.30—1.35 g/cm3的油田盐水;该环空保护剂具有良好的热稳定性,抗高温能力强,可在高温深井中使用。

     

    Abstract: Based on corrosion and protection mechanism of the tubing and casing,we developed a kind of annulus protectant formula system based on pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as the main agent.The performance evaluation results show that the annular protective agent has good resistance to corrosion,scale inhibition performance and sterilization ability for tubing,casing and rubber specimen,can effectively protect the ring casing space; Because of the addition of sulphur removal agent,its ability to resist hydrogen sulfide was enhanced.They can be applied to the oilfield brine with a density of 1.30—1.35 g/cm3 under different well depth conditions; The annulus protectants posses good thermal stability,high temperature resistance and can be used in high temperature deep wells.
