船用柴油机40Cr连杆螺栓断裂分析

Fracture Analysis of 40Cr Connecting Rod Bolt of Diesel Engine for Ship

  • 摘要: 利用宏观分析、金相微观分析、化学元素分析、扫描电镜形貌分析及力学性能测试对40Cr船用柴油机连杆螺栓断裂试样进行失效分析,结果表明:该连杆螺栓的断裂属于疲劳引起的剪切韧性断裂,螺栓牙根表面加工划痕、不规则缺陷等引起的应力集中是疲劳源主要形成原因。

     

    Abstract: The fracture sample of 40 Cr connecting rod bolt of diesel engine for ship was analyzed by macro analysis,metallographic analysis,elemental analysis,SEM morphology analysis and mechanical testing.It was showed that the fracture of connecting rod bolt is shear ductile fracture caused by fatigue,stress concentration induced by processing scratches,irregular defects on bolt root surface is the main reason of fatigue sources.
