丙烯酸树脂的合成工艺及其接枝性能

Synthesis Process of Arcylic Resin and Its Grafting Properties

  • 摘要: 通过对丙烯酸树脂合成中的单体滴加时间、聚合温度、物料体积这三个因素的分析,确定了影响分子量的主要工艺参数,并探讨这三个因素对反应放热的影响,为丙烯酸树脂扩试提供基础数据。在最佳工艺条件下将棕榈酸接枝到丙烯酸树脂上,研究该树脂在不同接枝比例下的水解性能。

     

    Abstract: The effects of dropping time of monomers, polymerization temperature, material volume on the synthesis of acrylic resin and heat release was investigated to optimizate the synthesis process and provide basic data for the expansion test of acrylic resin.Under optimum technological condions, palmitic acid was grafted to the acrylic resins, properties of hydrolysis under different grafting ratio of the zinc acrylic copolymer was investigated.
