含季胺盐丙烯酸酯共聚物的防污涂料

Antifouling Coatings Based on Acrylate Copolymers Containing Quaternary Ammonium Salt

  • 摘要: 用自由基溶液聚合法合成了甲基丙烯酰乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)-丙烯酸乙酯(EA)-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油醚(GMA)和DMC-EA-GMA-甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)共聚物,并以此为成膜树脂制备了相应的防污涂料。测试结果表明:随着成膜树脂中DMC用量的增加,涂膜的剪切强度下降,Cu2+渗出率增加;随MMA用量的增加,涂膜的抗拉强度增加,Cu2+渗出率增加。MMA用量为树脂质量10%时,15℃以上的Cu2+渗出率明显高于10℃时的Cu2+渗出率,这对防污剂氧化亚铜的温控释放是十分有利的。

     

    Abstract: Methacryloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC) -ethyl acrylate (EA) -glydyl methacrylate (GMA) and DMCEA-GMA-methyl methacrylate (MMA) copolymers were synthesized by free-radical solution polymerization, and the antifouling coatings were prepared.The measurement results show that shear strength of the coatings decreases and Cu2+ release rate increased with increasing DMC amount, and tensile strength and Cu2+ released rate of the coatings increased with increasing MMA amount.When the content of MMA was 10% of resin, Cu2+ release rate at 15 ℃ was obviously higher than that at 10 ℃, which is very favorable for the temperature-controlled release of cuprous oxide.
