一种低合金高强度船体钢模拟粗晶区组织及相变研究
Study on Phase Transformation for Simulated Coarse Grain Zone of a HSLA Hull Steel

摘要: 通过对一种低合金高强度船体钢热模拟试验,研究了不同的焊接热循环对其组织及相变的影响,综合相转变分析、金相组织观察及显微硬度测试,建立了试验钢的焊接CCT曲线。结果表明,在常规焊接热输入条件下,试验钢焊接热影响区粗晶区组织主要为马氏体和贝氏体,试验钢对焊接热输入不敏感。随焊接热输入的增大,试验钢相变温度、热影响区组织及硬度不发生明显的变化。Abstract: The influence of welding thermal cycle on microstructures and phase transformation of a high strength low alloy hull steel were studied by Gleeble 3500 simulated tests.Through phase transformation curves analyzing, microstructure observation and hardness testing, the welding continuous cooling transformation curve of the tested steel was constructed.The results show that the microstructures of heat effected coarse grain zone dominated by martensite and bainite under usual heat input range, the tested steel is not sensitive to the alteration of welding thermal cycle.With the heat input increasing, the phase transformation temperature, the microstructures and micro- hardness of heat effected zone of the steel do not change obviously.
