Abstract: A thickness of 2 mm 625 alloy cold-rolled sheet was designed and prepared. The chemical composition,mechanical properties at room temperature,microstructure,erichsen value,strain hardening exponent,corrosion and welding performance of the domestic sheet have been tested and compared with the imported sheet. The results showed that the performance of the domestic sheet were equal with that of the imported sheet,and completely meet the requirements of ASME SB 443 standard and the relevant engineering indicators.
