草酸氧钛锶电流变体的制备及性能

Preparation and Performance of STO Electrorheological Fluid

  • 摘要: 利用“水解—共沉淀”法合成草酸氧钛锶(STO)电流变颗粒相材料,通过扫描电镜、X射线能谱仪分析了颗粒相的形貌、结构。通过对草酸氧钛锶电流变体的流变性能进行测试。测试结果表明,草酸氧钛锶电流变体具有较高的电流变效应,良好的温度稳定性和抗沉降性能。

     

    Abstract: The STO-ERF particles were synthesized by hydrolysic coprecipitation method. By transimission electron microscopy(TEM)and X-ray energy spectrometer,the particles microstructure was characterized and the rheological properties were tested. The results show that,The STO-ERF has a high electrorheological effect,good temperature stability and anti-settling performance.
