Advances in Prediction of Martensite Start Temperature for Steel

  • 摘要: 钢的马氏体转变开始温度(MS点)对分析马氏体相变过程、指导合金成分设计、制定热处理工艺和焊接工艺等方面具有重要意义。本文着重介绍了MS点的预测方法,主要分为经验回归模型、热力学模型和神经网络模型,并对三种模型的研究进展和优缺点进行详细评述。

     

    Abstract: Martensite start temperature(MS) for steel is very important for analysis of martensite transformation process,guidance of alloy design,establishment of heat treatment process and welding process. This article introduced the methods of predicting MS,which can be divided into empirical regression model,thermodynamic model and neural network model. Research progress,advantage and disadvantage of the three models were also discussed in detail.
