Abstract:
The effect of rutile on the technological performance of 1Cr-0.5Mo alloy system electrode and the mechanical properties of the deposited metal were investigated. Results indicated that the content of rutile had a significant influence on the electrode's technological performance and deposited metal's mechanical properties. With the increase of the rutile content in coating flux, the electrode's technological performance improved, deposited metal's strength increased, Sharpy V-notch impact energy at-20℃ decreased.
