钛合金波纹蒙皮结构热应力研究

The Research of Thermal Stress on Corrugated Structure

  • 摘要: 波纹蒙皮结构能够有效的缓解机翼结构在高温下产生的热应力,本文对两种加强槽形式(圆弧形与直角形加强槽)的钛合金波纹蒙皮结构热应力进行了分析,研究了加强槽半径(宽度),加强槽深度对结构支座端和加强槽中面处应力的影响。研究结果表明,(1)加强槽能够有效的将结构应力汇集至槽内,使得结构其他区域应力水平下降。(2)与固支边界条件相比,简支边界条件下结构整体应力水平更小。(3)存在一个加强槽半径(宽度)和深度的临界取值区域,当加强槽半径(宽度)和深度在该区域内,结构支座端和对称面上的应力随加强槽半径(宽度)和深度增加而减小,从而提高结构的承载能力。(4)相同的加强槽半径(宽度)和深度时,直角形型加强槽的整体应力水平较小。

     

    Abstract: The thermal stress of wing skin produced in high temperature environment can be effectively released by corrugated structure. This paper investigated the thermal stress of two forms of corrugated skin structure, the arc shaped and the rectangular shaped. The influence of reinforce slot radius (width) and depth on thermal stress at fixed end and middle cross section was analyzed. The research shows that (1) the reinforce slot could absorb the thermal stress and reduce the stress level of the structure,(2) the structure of simple supported boundary condition had a lower thermal stress level than that of fixed boundary condition,(3) there is a critical region when the slot radius (width) and depth was among in, the thermal stress at fixed end and middle cross section decreases as the reinforce slot radius (width) and depth increase,(4) the rectangular shaped structure has a lower thermal stress level under the same radius (width) and depth.
