钛合金电极块成型模具结构设计优化

The Design Optimization of Titanium Alloy Electrode Block Forming Mold

  • 摘要: 钛合金电极块的密度均匀性是涉及钛合金铸锭的成份均匀关键技术之一,对钛合金棒材、管材、板材等加工产品性能均匀性具有继承性影响。本文深入研究了传统电极块成型模具的结构及使用中存在的问题,提出并设计制备了一种新型的上模系统结构,成功解决电极块密度不均匀、边角不能压实、模具锤头的磨损过快等问题。从而为制备高化学均匀的大型铸锭奠定了基础。

     

    Abstract: The density uniformity of titanium electrode blocks is a very important character for the homogeneity of titanium ingot, thus affects the mechanical properties of titanium products such as bars, tubes and plates. A new structure of protrude mould was designed and fabricated to solve this problem through changing the hammer edge, which is the key work section of the protrude mould. The result shows that the blocks manufactured by this new structure have a good uniformity of dense, and the edge of the blocks is very tight and compact.
