东海大桥钢管桩运行10年腐蚀控制效果调查

The Effect of Ten Years of Corrosion Control for the Steel Piles of East China Sea Bridge

  • 摘要: 东海大桥钢管桩防腐蚀技术有其特殊性,钢管桩潮差区段涂敷环氧重防腐涂料,水下区段和泥下区段为裸管,采用高效铝合金牺牲阳极阴极保护,阴极保护设计寿命35年(100年内更换两次),目前已运行了近10年。本文通过对2007—2012年历年钢管桩阴极保护电位分布统计、2014年有代表性的钢管桩阴极保护电位抽查及现场5年腐蚀挂片检测分析,研究了东海大桥钢管桩防腐蚀效果。

     

    Abstract: The anti-corrosion technology of steel piles in the East China Sea Bridge has its particularity. Epoxy anticorrosive coating was painted in tidal zone, no anticorrosive coating were painted under water and mud section, but by high performance aluminum alloy sacrificial anode cathodic protection. The cathodic protection with design life of 33 years has been running for nearly 10 years. The corrosion control effect of the steel piles in the East China Sea Bridge was studied through the statistics of cathodic protection potential distribution of steel piles over 2007 to 2012, the system test of cathodic protection potential of steel piles in 2014 and analysis of the five year corrosion test Pieces.
