Classical Application of Gleeble Thermal / Mechanical Simulation Technique in Steel Research

  • 摘要: Gleeble热/力模拟试验机能够精确控制热、力、位移等参数,可再现材料受热、受力等工艺过程,在新材料研制、工艺研究等方面得到广泛应用。本文从铸造、热塑性加工、焊接及物理参数测试等四个方面,介绍了Gleeble热/力模拟试验技术在钢铁研究中的典型应用。并针对相析出、物理参数测试等试验,指出了试验过程中应重点注意的试验细节。

     

    Abstract: Gleeble thermal/mechanical simulator which can accurately control the parameters such as thermal, force and displacement and can reproduce the state of thermal and force in material processing, was used widely in new material and processing research. Typical application of Gleeble thermal/mechanical simulation technique in the development of steels was introduced from the aspect of casting, hot working, welding and physical parameters measurement. Important details on precipitation and physical parameter testing were emphasized.
