钛复层焊接对钛-钢复合板复合界面的影响

摘要: 通过典型钛-钢复合接头与钛复层焊接试验,研究了在复层焊接后钛-钢复合接头的力学性能以及4焊接区域复合界面的变化情况。试验结果表明,当焊接线能量达到一定数值时,钛-钢复合接头钛复层焊接会对钛-钢复合板造成开裂且结合强度降低等影响。Abstract: Through the typical structure of titanium and titanium-steel composite joint,the mechanical property of titanium-steel composite joint and the changes of the composite interface in the weld zone were studied. The test results showed that when the welding linear energy reaches a certain value,titanium-steel composite joint will crack and the bond strength reduces.
