石墨烯常用制备和表征方法研究状态分析

Research Progress on Preparation and Characterization of Graphene

摘要: 对目前石墨烯制备常用的几种方法进行了简要介绍,并评价了各种方法的特点和存在的问题。文章还列举了石墨烯结构和性能表征所用的主要方法,其中Raman光谱、X射线衍射仪、原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、傅里叶红外光谱仪是石墨烯研究所需的主要手段,为石墨烯的应用研究提供了保障。

Abstract: Several common preparation methods for graphene were introduced and evaluated. Some major characterization methods for the structure and performance of graphene were enumerated,among which Raman spectrum,XRD,AFM,SEM,TEM and FTIR are very useful for the research of graphene.
