Technology Research on the Large Area Cu/Steel Clad Plate with Explosive Welding

  • 摘要: 本文采用数值模拟方法建立了大面积铜/钢复合板爆炸复合的有限元模型,通过多组实验对比出不同药高条件下爆炸焊接模拟结果,优化了爆炸焊接工艺参数。研究表明,当铜板厚度为7 mm,药高调整至78mm,间隙调整为14 mm时,复合板结合率除雷管区外达到了100%,各项力学性能指标满足标准要求,金相试验表明爆炸复合界面波形规则。
    Abstract: Finite element software has been used to numerical simulation for explosive welding process of the large Area T2/Q235 B clad plate.And the parameters of explosive welding have been optimized by simulating the welding process with different explosion heights.The research indicates that the bond rate of the clad plate is the highest when explosion height with 78 mm and spacer with 14 mm was used.With the optimized parameters,the microstructure of the clad plate'interface is wavy and the all the properties meet the requirements of the related specifications.
