原位合成Al-Cr/Al复合材料及耐腐蚀性研究

摘要: 本文采用超声辅助制备Al-Cr/Al原位复合材料。利用XRD、EDS对复合材料进行物相分析,应用扫描电镜观察增强体颗粒的大小、形貌和分布,并研究了复合材料的耐腐蚀性。结果表明,通过超声辅助制备的Al-Cr/Al原位复合材料中增强体颗粒呈多边形,尺寸细小,分布均匀;Al和Cr在高温下反应生成金属间化合物,这些金属间化合物会相互扩散,形成均匀的混合增强相;Al-Cr金属间化合物具有良好的耐腐蚀性,打断了基体的连续性,对腐蚀的深入和扩展有很强的抑制作用。复合材料的耐腐蚀性与增强体颗粒的含量、分布有关。Abstract: In situ Al-Cr/Al Composites were fabricated by ultrasound aided technology.Then the reinforced phase were characterized by XRD and EDS,the size,morphology and distribution of the reinforced particle were observed by the use of SEM,and the corrosion resistance of the composite material was studied.The results show that the inter-metallic reinforced particles,polygon shaped and small in size are distributed uniformly in aluminum matrix.Al and Cr will generate inter-metallic compound at a high temperature,which will inter-diffuse,forming an homogeneous mixed reinforce phase.Al-Cr inter-metallic compound has good corrosion resistance,interrupting the continuity of the matrix and inhibiting the deepening and expansion of corrosion.The corrosion resistance of the composite material is related to the content and distribution of the reinforced particles.
