涂层破损对船体阴极保护电位分布的影响

The Influence of Coating Damage on Cathodic Protection Potential Distribution of Ship

  • 摘要: 采用缩比模型法研究了船体涂层破损率、常见破损位置及控制电位对船舶阴极保护电位和保护电流分布的影响。结果表明,船体所需的保护电流和电位分布不仅与涂层破损面积有关,还与阳极和参比电极相对于涂层破损处的位置有关,通过合理布放参比电极和辅助阳极,即使涂层破损率达到10%,船体仍得到良好保护,且电位分布均匀。基于上述结果确定了船舶阴极保护辅助阳极和参比电极位置、控制电位设计原则。

     

    Abstract: The influence of coating damage rate and position and controlled potential on the distribution of cathodic protection potential and curcent have been studied by scale modeling.The experimental results suggest that the protection current and potential distribution are not only related to the area of coating damage,but also related to the controlled of auxiliary anodes and reference electrodes.By optimizing the controlled of auxiliary anodes and reference electrodes,the hull can be well protected and the potential distribution homogeneous,even though the coating is 10% damaged.The design principles of cathodic protection parameters,such as the location of auxiliary anodes and reference electrodes and controlled potential,have been established.
